Here, nature and conviviality come together to offer the whole family a peaceful, recharging stay. Our campsite in the Indre-et-Loire region is deliberately peaceful and entertainment-free, so that you can enjoy the peace and quiet of a serene, authentic setting.
Young and old alike can enjoy the green spaces and share good times with family, while discovering the typical villages and natural treasures of the Indre-et-Loire region.

Practical rentals to simplify your holidays
For everyone’s comfort and convenience, we offer a range of rental equipment to suit every stay at the campsite. You can rent bed linen kits, towel kits, fully booked baby kits : cot, mattress, fitted sheets and high chair, as well as fridges or bicycles for exploring the surrounding area.
Each rental is designed to simplify your life and make your stay even more enjoyable. As quantities are limited, please book your equipment in advance.
Savour a snack bar in Savigny-en-Véron
Gourmet break, nature getaway
Don’t feel like cooking tonight? Enjoy your holiday to the full – we’ll take care of the rest! Our snack bar welcomes you from Tuesday to Sunday, on site or takeaway, and on Mondays only, from April to September.
On the menu: hot and fresh drinks, ice creams, pizzas… You’ll also find a small grocery store stocked with local products, ideal for getting by and enjoying takeaway pastries and delicacies.
Takeaway your picnic lunch to order the day before in July and August, and set off to discover the villages of Touraine, the banks of the Loire or the forest paths. A day out with family or friends in the heart of nature awaits you!
Breakfast and bread delivery
A gourmet morning in the heart of the campsite
To get the day off to a good start at our family campsite near Chinon, enjoy our fully booked breakfast menu: a hot drink, orange or apple juice, half a baguette, a pastry, butter and jam and a yoghurt, to be enjoyed on site, at the bar or on the deck.
By booking the day before, you can also order baguettes, baguettes aux graines, croissants and pains au chocolat to be collected from the bar in the morning. This simple, friendly service gives you a delicious start to the day, before you set off to explore Touraine and the surrounding area.

We encourage waste sorting and composting by informing our campers of dedicated areas on check-in.

We rationalize our use of drinking water, recover rainwater for watering plants and raise our campers’ awareness of these issues.
Family activities at your campsite
Play, have fun, enjoy together
At Camping La Fritillaire, there’s never a dull moment for young and old alike! Children can have fun in complete safety on our playground with a double trampoline, a large bouncy castle, a water slide, a cabin and two spring-loaded games. For sports enthusiasts, there’s a range of facilities on offer: table tennis, three basketball hoops, a sand volleyball and badminton court, two soccer goals and a pétanque court – balls, pétanque balls and snowshoes are available on loan from reception.
And for more peaceful settings, you can borrow board games and books, or play Mölkky with family and friends. There’s something for everyone here, sharing friendly moments in the heart of the campsite.

Everything at your fingertips
For your daily needs, there are several shops nearby the campsite.
In Avoine, just 5 km away by cycle path, you’ll find a supermarket and local shops.
For a wider choice of stores and restaurants, the towns of Chinon and Bourgueil are within easy reach.
Savigny-en-Véron’s town center remains peaceful and pleasant, with a few shops. Take a stroll through the local markets to discover fresh produce and regional specialities, and enjoy the authentic Touraine atmosphere.
In July and August, we offer tasting of local wines directly at the campsite, in the presence of a winegrower passionate about the local heritage and vineyards.
