Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is forbidden without the prior written authorization of the publisher. Any unauthorized use will be considered as counterfeiting and will be prosecuted in accordance with articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

4. Online booking and terms and conditions

The site [www.camping-votre-nom.frallows you to book pitches and rental accommodations online. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions available on the site and accepted by the customer when validating the order.

Right of withdrawal: in accordance with article L. 221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, accommodation services provided on a specific date or at a specific time are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for distance selling. By booking on the site, the customer acknowledges that he/she has been informed of this exclusion.

Deposit: the amount paid at the time of booking constitutes a deposit within the meaning of articles 1103 et seq. of the French Civil Code. Cancellation and refund conditions: the applicable cancellation conditions are detailed in the terms and conditions of sale. Customers are advised to take out cancellation insurance.

Prices: the rates shown on the site are in euros, all taxes included. They include tourist tax, set by the local authority at €0.61 per person per night for a 3-star campsite. Rates are subject to change at any time. The price applicable is that in force on the day the booking is validated.

5. Protection of personal data (RGPD)

Data controller: the data controller for personal data collected on this site is Emilie Menard / SAS Les MOME, who can be contacted at lafritillaire@orange.fr.

Data recipients: data may be passed on to subcontractors involved in managing bookings, processing payments and sending communications. Police files are forwarded to the relevant authorities on request.

Purposes of processing: personal data is collected for the following purposes: management of bookings and stays, processing of payments, compliance with legal obligations (in particular police registration), sending of commercial communications and newsletters (with consent), management of customer relations and after-sales service, site improvement and visitor statistics, management of campsite security.

Legal basis: depending on the case, processing is based on the performance of the booking contract (article 6.1.b of the RGPD), compliance with a legal obligation (article 6.1.c, particularly for the police record), the user’s consent (article 6.1.a, for sending newsletters), or the legitimate interest of the data controller (article 6.1.f, for security and statistics).

Retention period: data relating to bookings is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in accordance with legal prescription periods (5 years for civil and commercial obligations, 6 years for police records). Commercial prospecting data is kept for 3 years from the last contact. Navigation data (cookies) is kept for a maximum of 13 months.

Data recipients: data may be transmitted to subcontractors involved in managing bookings (booking engine provider [e.g. Ctoutvert, eSeason…]), processing payments (secure payment provider [e.g. Stripe, PayPlug…]) and sending communications (emailing provider [e.g. Mailchimp, Brevo…]). Police files are forwarded to the relevant authorities on request.

Users’ rights: in accordance with the RGPD and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, portability, oppose and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, send your request by e-mail to lafritillaire@orange.fr or by post to our head office, accompanied by proof of identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

6. Cookies

The site uses cookies to improve the user experience, compile tour statistics, ensure the booking engine works properly and offer relevant content. On your first tour, a banner informs you of the use of cookies and offers you the option of accepting or refusing them. You can modify your preferences at any time via your browser settings or via our consent management tool.

Photographs and videos may be taken within the campsite for communication and special offer purposes (website, social networks, brochures). Customers and accompanying persons who do not wish to appear in these media are invited to inform campsite reception. Any person recognizing his or her image on a communication medium and wishing to request its removal may do so by e-mail to lafritillaire@orange.fr .

8. Limitation of liability

The site editor makes every effort to ensure that the information published is accurate and up-to-date, particularly the descriptions of pitches, accommodations, facilities and services. However, it cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions or changes made after the information was put online. The photographs presented on the site are given for information only and are not contractual. The publisher cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from access to or use of the site, including inaccessibility, loss of data or viruses that may affect the user’s computer equipment.
